SCCM NorCal will host this in conjunction with the Golden Gate Chapter of California Society of Health-System Pharmacists (CSHP). We are excited to partner with you to showcase our rising Northern California multi-disciplinary trainees!

Your financial gift is fully tax-deductible and will help to support our mission of improving critical care throughout California through multiple platforms such as education initiatives, community service programs and research activities.

Sponsor Level - $2500
