Joining Our Team

  • The Board of the SCCM - NorCal Chapter is instrumental in planning events for critical care professionals that further our Mission via:

    • Education Opportunities, such as instructor-led courses and webinars

    • Networking events during the SCCM Congress and in the Bay Area during the year

  • Our multidisciplinary Board includes volunteer-based, elected positions either as an Officer or on the Board of Directors

    • Nominations are accepted in December for open positions

    • Elections are held during SCCM Congress in January

    • Officer positions have a 2-year term length

    • Board of Director positions have a proposed 2-year term length

    • All disciplines in critical care welcome to apply!

    • More information on the positions are included in our Bylaws

 

  • Meetings

    • Board meetings occur virtually every 6 weeks

    • Committee meetings may occur more frequently depending on our event schedule
